DRAFT: Revised Publication Guidelines for Documenting the Identification of Peptides, Proteins, and Post-Translational Modifications by Mass Spectrometry

The following guidelines were developed as a revision to those formulated previously (Paris guidelines) at a workshop held in Philadelphia on May 30th of this year and attended by about 25 people with various interests and areas of expertise. It is anticipated that these guidelines will be adopted by the Journal around January 1st 2010.
